It’s no surprise that Oprah Winfrey has made a huge statement in her weight loss regime with huge diet company, Weight Watchers all while indulging in favorite carb-Bread.
Oprah revealed how she lost 26 pounds while following the dieting tips for America’s most historical diet company, Weight Watchers. Last year, Winfrey signed on as co-owner of Weight Watchers promoting its new and improved tactics to facilitate a healthier lifestyle. The TV mogul became the company’s weight loss ambassador encouraging fans to engage with its new wellness agenda.
This month I join forces with a legion of women, all of us declaring a win-win for our bodies and ourselves,” Winfrey, 62, says. “Because I know this for sure: With age comes the understanding and appreciation of your most important asset, your health.”
Despite, stocks dropping last month for Weight Watchers, Oprah stood behind the brands philosophy and the results are evident. Ms. Winfrey looks amazing and revealed her new look on the cover of ‘O’ Magazine appearing leaner and more radiant. Winfrey posed with nine other practical women to showcase woman of regular sizes to depict the journey of healthy living.
